Welcome!

Gabriel Tatarian, D.O.

Dr. Tatarian is board certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry with interests in general neurology, diseases of the nerve and muscle, headache, movement disorders, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Botox therapy.  He is fellowship trained in EMG and Neuromuscular Disease and has experience treating a wide range of neurological problems in private practice and academic settings.  He currently holds an academic position at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and is actively involved in teaching and clinical research.  He is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Psychiatry and Neurology, a Diplomat of the American Academy of Psychiatry and Neurology-Neuromuscular Disease, and a Diplomat of the American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electro Diagnostic Medicine.


Amy M. Bustin, M.S., PA-C

Amy Bustin, M.S., PA-C is a Physician Assistant who has been with us since 2008.  Following her graduation from Physician Assistant school at King's College in 2001, she served as an Americorps volunteer in Colorado for one year.  Her time there was spent treating patients at several free family clinics.  Amy went on to complete a post-graduate surgical residency program at Montefiore Medical Center in New York.  Upon completion, she worked as an orthopedic surgery Physician Assistant in a large suburban private practice in Pennsylvania.  She then went on to work in Hepatology and Liver Transplantation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.  Amy has a special interest in migraine headaches and movement disorders.  She has three children and enjoys spending time with her family.

Brian Morgan

Practice Manager

Brian is the newest addition to the practice.  He joined the staff in January 2018.  Prior to working for Dr. Tatarian, Brian was an office manager for eight years at a family practice office in the Philadelphia suburbs.  He is a 2003 graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's of Science in Human Development with a concentration in Human Services and a Health Studies scholar.  He completed one year of graduate work in Biomedical Sciences at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and currently holds certification in Craniosacral Therapy.  In his spare time, he enjoys treating clients with his craniosacral work.  He is the proud father of twin daughters who keep him very busy.

Dorothy Hochman

Administrative Assistant

Dorothy has been our Administrative Assistant for almost 8 years.  She is the "voice" of the practice through greeting patients at the front window and answering numerous phone calls throughout the day.  In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis, cooking for her family, and she is an avid reader. 

Barbara Singer, BSN

Registered Nurse

Barbara received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Temple University. She has been a nurse for 26 years!!!  She started working in this office in 2011 after being fortunate enough to be a stay-at-home mom to her three children for seven years. Prior to that, she worked in an outpatient Urology office for several years as well as an inpatient Medical/Surgical floor

JoAnn Pasquarella

Billing Specialist

JoAnn has worked in medical billing for many years.  She is the proud mother of two sons and enjoys going to Philadelphia Phillies baseball games. 

Molly Clemmer

Office Assistant
Molly is our "behind the scenes" clerical assistant.  Molly just graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology.  She has been a wonderful asset to our practice since the summer of 2015.
